Mentoring for Mental Wellbeing

Who can benefit from mental wellbeing mentoring?

Mental wellbeing mentoring is for women who are not in crisis, but who struggle to manage issues that undermine their ability to thrive, often resulting in frustration and distress that undermines their confidence and life chances.

Mid-life and beyond are years when women’s mental wellbeing is easily undermined by changes in perimenopause and menopause and additional demands and stresses of juggling challenging situations in family and work lives.

Based on recognised therapeutic principles, it enables you to identify your strengths, difficulties and goals, develop the tools and strategies to achieve the outcomes you want in a safe, accepting ,supportive and skilful relationship.

Mental wellbeing mentoring can help :

  • managing the impact of major life change

  • anxiety

  • memory lapses

  • brain fog & difficulties staying focused and on task

  • mood swings

  • low mood

  • managing stress

  • overthinking and procrastination

  • self-confidence and decision making

  • life-management & organisational skills
