What I do
I help women navigate the many complex changes and challenges that occur for them between the ages 45 and 75, a crucial time for women’s health and mental wellbeing and their personal development.
In addition to facing major losses and physical life-changes, we often experience profound changes in roles, caring responsibilities, relationships, work, status, life-satisfaction and sense of self.
I help women to reshape their lives, rebuild confidence and self-esteem to redefine who they are and rediscover new meaning, purpose and greater life- satisfaction.
