Hi, I’m Trisha Taylor

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to look over my website.

I am a qualified, registered professional with over 20 years’ experience helping people navigate life’s many difficulties, changes and challenges in a variety of settings. I bring skills and experience of working as a counsellor, coach and specialist mental health mentor.

While my clinical work has been a privilege, I have observed a growing "support gap" for women aged 45 to 75+ , those who aren't necessarily seeking "healing" for the past, but rather a "strategy" for their future.

My own personal lived experience of these years supports this as I navigated major life and family changes, formulated new career opportunities and learned new skills on my mid life journey.

What has become clear is that that there is a support gap for a growing number of women navigating similar transitions. Women who know instinctively that they may have much ahead of them than behind and that mid-life, and beyond, does not have to be a time of decline, but can be an opportunity for recalibration.

My work now focuses on supporting women through their recalibration, helping them navigate the changes, rediscover confidence, redefine their identity and design the next chapter with meaning and purpose.
