Mid-life Mental Health & Wellbeing Bootcamp Series

Series of eight weekly group workshops focusing on building improved mental health and wellbeing.

We will explore common mental health challenges causing difficulties in mid-life and beyond, identify ways to develop new coping strategies to help manage them and build greater mental resilience for the future.
