PATRICIA TAYLOR MA MBACP
Counselling & Wellbeing Services for
Women in Middle & Later Life
What I do
Hi, I’m Trisha Taylor
I help women navigate the complex and varied changes and challenges that often occur between the ages 50 and 75.
These years are a crucial time for women’s health and mental health. In addition to facing major losses and physical life-changes, they also often experience profound changes in roles, caring responsibilities, relationships, status, life-satisfaction and sense of self.
I help women to rebuild their lives, redefine who they are and rediscover meaning, purpose and greater life- satisfaction.
What I can help with

Do you struggle with difficulties managing anxiety, mood swings, low mood, stress - perhaps caused by the menopause ? I can help you learn ways you manage these more effectively and regain control of your life.
