Who is it suitable for?

Mental wellbeing coaching is suitable for children and teens aged 8 - 16 years old provided they are willing and can give consent to take part in the sessions.

Parental involvement and consent is required to different degrees depending on the age of the child or teen. This will be discussed with you on enquiry.

It is suitable for children & teens with a diagnosis (formal or otherwise) of neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia.

It is suitable for children and teens who have a diagnosis of mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
